The 4x8ft Mold-Resistant Fire-Rated Gypsum Board is a 12mm-thick drywall panel engineered for high-moisture environments and fire safety applications. Constructed with a fiberglass-reinforced gypsum core and specialized mold-inhibiting additives, this panel meets ASTM E119 fire-resistance standards (1-hour rating) and ASTM C1396 mold-resistant requirements. The water-resistant paper facing and tapered edges ensure seamless installation in bathroom walls, saunas, or fire-rated partition systems.
